DEVELOP: Diverse Offer for Equal Living, Inspiring Entrepreneurship, and Progress

The main goal of the project is to increase the diversity of educational offerings in Poland and Sweden by developing entrepreneurial skills based on educational materials created within the project, primarily targeted at women from rural areas.

Specific Objectives

  • Increase the competence and knowledge of regional entrepreneurship for at least 6 adult employees (2 from each partner organization).

  • Provide support in regional entrepreneurship education for 20 women from rural areas (10 women in each partner country).

  • Offer women from rural areas new opportunities for educational and personal development in the field of regional entrepreneurship.

Activities

During the project implementation, the following activities are planned:

  • Development of educational materials on regional entrepreneurship.

  • Testing of materials – The materials will be evaluated for usefulness and quality during training sessions using evaluation questionnaires (completed by participants and advisors). The results will be used to improve and supplement the materials.

  • Exchange of good practices.

  • A 5-day training in Sweden, including exploration of Swedish cultural heritage with local experts.
      
  • Dissemination of the materials.

Results

The main result of the project is the creation of educational materials on regional entrepreneurship that support the development of entrepreneurial skills.
These materials will be tested during training sessions by a group of 10 women from Poland and 10 from Sweden, which will help increase their knowledge.

The complete set of materials, including thematic modules and lesson plans, will be made freely available on the websites of the partner organizations (under open licenses) and disseminated, among others, through social media.
The international cooperation within the project will enable the exchange of knowledge and good practices.
